Citelum India Private Limited, formerly a 100% subsidiary of the EDF Group (Électricité de France), has been providing operation, maintenance and related electrical services for urban street lighting infrastructure across India since 2011. Following the EDF Group's decision to restructure its operations in India, Krystal Integrated Services Limited, a leading NSE- and BSE-listed maintenance and support services company, acquired Citelum India to strengthen its capabilities in urban electrical infrastructure. Krystal aims to build on Citelum India's expertise and expand its offerings across connected lighting, smart metering, EV charging infrastructure and other modern city electrical solutions.
